Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is completely integrated into our systems.
EDI eliminates labour intensive paper transactions, meaning a significant increase in efficiency. With EDI, data integrity is ensured, speed increases result from the automatic transaction of files, and we can exchange data and files with customers who use different stock control software.
Of course we are still very happy to use more traditional communications with customers who do not employ EDI.
Stock Control
Robust stock control is vital to any warehousing operation, and we have invested heavily to ensure that our systems are second-to-none.
Using our secure systems, customers can log in remotely 24/7 to see daily-updated stock records, from stored goods reports, through product/batch history reports (useful to aid traceability of goods) and dispatch notes. We can always supply this information manually, if you prefer.
Using EDI (or manually) we can provide order processing into pick notes, print personalised dispatch or delivery notes and produce goods receipt notes, confirming what we have received on your behalf.
